Rocket Racer!  I dug this guy every since he showed up in Web of Spider-Man #56 where he and Spider-Man fought a skinhead that turned himself into a blog that somehow retained a face and a swastika tattoo.

I mean we need more superheroes on rocket packs.  ESPECIALLY when they are literally called Rocket Racer. NOT SKATEBOARD RACER.  You guys realize that Rocket Racer is a kid that built his skateboard and costume?  Comics always needs smart kids as heros.  Especially if it’s not just another supersmart supertough white man.
