George Plimpton.  I will always fondly remember him for being the host of Disney’s Mouseterpiece Theater.  Now I *shamefully* don’t know enough about him but he seems like a rad sort of guy.  I know that whenever I think of him I sort of sit back and go “Man, what a guy!”  Just check out his wikipedia entry!
